Our concierge team handles all inbound and outbound calls/emails/texts pertaining to customer inquiries, scheduling visits, and general customer questions “pre-tour” freeing up your sales team to concentrate on what really matters: selling homes. We also help to schedule onsite visits for leads that don’t use our automated system.

A. Yes, our concierge team works Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm excluding major holidays. Enterprise customers have additional coverage options available to them. See your account manager if you are interested in upgrading to our enterprise package.

A. It is not a requirement for our team to be licensed agents, however we do have licensed agents on staff, and we train our concierge staff to be able to answer any questions your future customers might have. In accordance with state laws, we do not answer any questions that you need to have a state specific real estate license for (i.e. specific pricing, lender/qualifying questions, etc.) unless the information is considered public record (i.e. listed on your website or in your customer FAQ or on branded documents you have made available for download).

A. evoVisit handles every aspect of the visit for you so you can focus on the customer and the sale. We work with you to integrate the schedules of your onsite sales team with our digital technology and concierge team, making the scheduling process seamless for both your customers and your staff. Following a booking, both the customer and the onsite sales agents are notified, and both receive reminders in the days leading up to a visit.

A. evoVisit uses a CRM to track all incoming leads to your community and we track and record all inbound and outbound calls/texts/emails. We provide you with a weekly traffic report and schedule monthly and quarterly digital meetings to review the data and discuss ways to optimize the results. We have had many success stories with our current clients and can offer some customizations to the reporting if you have specific data you need to collect.
